Our Return Policy:
Important
Note: You
MUST call in to our customer service department to obtain a return
authori-zation number prior to returning any packages. Any packages received
that do not have a return authorization number clearly written on the outside
of the package will be refused by our company and sent back to you. When returning
a package, you MUST include the invoice that was sent with your package. If you
return a package without an invoice inside of the package, you will become
ineligible for a refund and will only be able to receive an exchange. Once you receive a return authorization
number, we MUST receive the package back within 15 days. If the package is not
received within the 15 day allotted time frame, your package will be refused
and sent back to you. Packages MUST include containers (full or empty) for all
products for which you wish a refund.
AIRTIME (If you heard a radio advertisement of one of our
products and then called in to place an order.)

less shipping and handling, only if you have not previously ordered this
product.
RETAIL (If you purchased the product from one of our
associates retail websites)

AIRAUTO (If you heard a radio advertisement of one of our
products and then called in to place an order and agreed to be placed into our
cooperative buying club which placed you on an auto-shipment)

ASSOCIATE AUTO SHIPMENT (If you signed up to receive
re-occurring shipments from us, as an associate with the company)

CUSTOMER AUTO SHIPMENT (If you signed up to receive
re-occurring shipments from us as a customer with the company)

Order returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund
less shipping and handling only if you have not previously ordered this
product before.
On any Auto Shipments: If you would like to cancel your
auto-shipment, please call customer service at least 48 hours in advance to the
date that your next auto-shipment is set to process. You can find the date that
your next auto-shipment is due for by looking on your invoice. It will be 30
days from the date on your invoice.
*If for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund (If
you have had your package for over 30 days and/or have ordered the product
previously and/or have not returned your package within 15 days after obtaining
a return authorization number) you can exchange your items for any of our other
wonderful products. Please call Customer Service for more information on
exchanges.
